74 Boat Minnehaha Miss River March 14th 1864 Monday passed Island No 10 today in a snow storm. the forts on the Island are Rappidly disapearing by the action of the water on the Banks. The Boat ran on a sand bar at Hickman where we stuck all night we are very unpleasantly situated as the snow is melting on the deck where we have to sleep
