96 Clayton Co. Iowa April 5th 1864 Tuesday Alick came & changed teams with us, & took the colts & His light waggon and Him Jane I & the children went to Monona to meet D. B. Henderson & bring Him Home. Alick took us to Mr Moses Teter for & visit Very Hospitably entertained with music, converation, & dinner. the girls are the attraction for Alick
