180 Lagrange Tennessee June 28th 1864 Tuesday We stoped in camp today 2 miles south of Lagrange. We are making out Muster Rolls & Monthly Returns for the past 2 months. we are in a very Hot camp in a open field without shade. I had a good letter from Jane today dated June 16th all doing well at Home in Iowa. But very dry weather.
