I am opposed to any such Demonstration of opposition, because it is unqualified by an expression of when Such a Step may be proper, when the Negro becomes enlightened. Such opposition is wrong and casts a Stain on the record of the 12 " Iowa V.V. Infy and admitting that it is wrong to give the Negro the right of sufferege. Now, as perhaps it is, it is only a question of time for the time soon will come.
