73 Selma Ala Sept 13" 1865 Wedensday Strong expresions are made in Some Companies of the Regiment with regard to a plan about refusing to do duty on or after the 15" of this Month for the reason that they have not been paid for over Six Month poor rations, & involuntary Service. &c, &c, The Regt Commander Called up the Company Comd,rs this Afternoon to talk over the Matter but nothing Could be done because no overt act has been done by any Soldier as yet
