3 Selma Ala Sept 18" 1865 Monday Capt Fuller of K, Capt Reed of C and myself have this day finished our proceedings as a Board of Survey on Commissary Stores brough to this Post, And have reported that 2/3 of the meat of which is over 50,000 lbs is Totaly unfit for issue, and that 200 barrels of flour is damaged to the extent of 1/2 & we recomend that it be issued in double quantitis to make it equvalent to one good Ration.
