35 Center Ala. Oct 16th 1865 Monday Business is getting quite brisk Citizens are Coming to the Post Commander with their troubles, And the Colored People have just Discovered that the Military have orders to see that the instructions of the Freed mans Beaureau are Carried into effect, and they are Comming in today fast with their greviances, The Men are Coming in in great numbers Desirious of taking the Amnesty Oath, but as I have not got the blanks I Can not Accomodate them, Several however have found Blanks in the Justice,s Office and I administered to a few to day,
