47 Center Ala Oct 25" 1865 Wedensday An Order came by Carrier from Jacksonville to the effect that the 2d New York Cavilry are to mustered out and our Detail of Mounted Men from that Regt,, are ordered Home, they left to day. So we are without Curriers. Visited the Family of Mr Sharp this evening, and we learned that the young men of Co. C. are making themselves very agreable to the young Ladies generaly. I Received from Judge Standerfor 5,25 Coppies of the Amnesty Oath He had them printed here & will Charge the County for (Vertically, at right:-) the Blanks
