72 Center Ala Nov 19" 1865 Sunday Reading the Life of Mary Stewart Queen of Scotts by C.P. Headley although Sympathy is awakened by Her misfortunes viewed in connection with Her Talents & surpassing Beauty, But yet the just [restitution?] of transgressed laws followed this Beautifull Subject of moral ruin. 4 more men of Co. "C" left this morning for Home, for expiration of term, [viz?] E. Hinkle, N. Benjamin, T. Pritchett & W. Bowlsby. I went this evening and heard a Sermon on the final perseverance of the Saints, a Doctrinal Sermon.
