1 Memphis, Tennesee Wednesday Jan 10th 1866 Co.C. Received a large supply of Clothing to day.Our Quarters are in a very busey part of the City on the Corner of Madison & 2nd Streets, where the endless torrent of people pour along all day I sent 4 Copies of the paper Southern [Loyalist?] to Mrs. Henderson, Mrs. Durno Ills, Col D. B. Henderson & G L. Henderson it Contained an Article Commendatery of the 12th Iowa Infty &c. very pleasant weather
