76 Nov 2 Dubuque Co Iowa 1861 I visited the Hospital today. it very well aranged now, it can accomadate about 24 at one time there is any quantity of drugs on hand. the nursing is done ny old Mr Baker of our own Company who gives good sat - isfaction. But the Best of all there is only one man sick in it to day
