100 Nov 11 Fayette Co Iowa 1861 Mr Mitchel has rented our farm for one year for one third delivered at G.L. Henderson Grainery He has the ground nearly all plowed & he does it well. there was 13 acres I plowed which he [illegible] plowed or pays for it in grubing at 4 cents per stump with the priviledge of grubing all he pleases at that price
