Wednesday June 9th 1886 I was talking with Vene most of the forenoon and soon after dinner Will and I went down to Duncans. There was quite a party there and we spent a pleasant afternoon and evening. Thursday June 10th 1886 We went up to Bakers before noon and in the afternoon Vene was there and other company. We had a very pleasant days visit and went back to Duncans to stay all night. Friday June 11th 1884 [first version] We took an early start to go out to see the Andersons We met Len on the road and talked with him and went on to Wills where we stayed till after dinner. As we came home we stopped at the old cemetery for an hour and after supper made some calls. weather pleasant. Saturday June 12th 1886 [first version] Will was down town most of the forenoon and we went to the Pattersons for dinner. Friday June 11th 1886 [second version] We took an early start to go out to Will Woolfs to spend the day. We had a very pleasant visit and staid all night. weather very warm.
