111 Harrisonville Missouri October 29th. 1864 Saturday Lay over to day in Camp at Harrisonville and drew Rations and Rested generaly. Some Gurrillas were Captured in this vicinity and were executed by the Authorities to day by shooting. Reports purporting to be official were told us to the effect that General Pleasanton had fought Gen Price near Fort [Scot?], and Captured Gen Marmaduke and 2000 Prisoners, all the artillery & Supply Train, &c. and scattering the Enemy.
