On the March in Mo Nov 6th. 1864 Sunday Marched 18 mils to day being the Twelfth Sunday we have marched every Sunday, only 21 of our Co are Present all the other are sick except 7 who are absent without leave at or about Sedalia, Nov 7th. 1864 Monday Marched 14 miles and Camped near Jefferson City, where we got supplis for a march to St Louis. I Recd a letter from Mrs Henderson & one from [Augg?] Kerr at this place. We have marched 370 miles since leaving this City on the 19th October 1864
