Pasty Paste Take three pound of Flour two pounds of butter and divide them into three parts and Rub one part of your Butter into two parts of your flour then Beat up three Eggs very well and Mix them with the Water to wet your Paste and do it as you do Puff Paste......... Paste for Tarts To a pound of Flour take Six Ounces of Butter and Rub it very small in your flour and make it into a Stiff Paste and Role it our for your Pans.......
