(6) A Potatoe Pye Boil some small Potatoes and peel them and take half a pound of Currants a quarter of a pound of Ston'd Raisins an Ounce of Candy'd Orange Lemon and Citron Season your Potatoes with Nutmeg Cinnamon & Mace Lay a sheet of Puff paste Over the Bottom of your Dish then lay in some of your Potatoes and throw some of the Seasoning over them then lay on some of your sweet Meats Slic'd thin and some Blanch'd Almonds and do so till they be all in. Bake it two hours and when it comes out of the Oven pour into it half a pint of Sack and Send it to Table
