(17) A Potatoe Pudding Boil your Potatoes weigh a pound of them and put them in a Morter and Beat them very Well With two or three Spoonfulls of Orange flower water till they be in Paste Without Lumps. put in half a pound of Suggar a little Cinnamon and the Yolks of Eight Eggs. mix them all well together and put it in your Dish with Puff Paste Under it. and let it Bake three Hours & a half. A Rice Pudding Boil half a pound of Rice very tender and Beat it Very Well in a Morter. then
