To make Little Queen Cakes Take 2 pounds of fine flour it pound & half of Butter the yolks of 6 eggs l lb /2 of Sugar 6 spoonfuls of rose water 9 Do. of Sack 2 nutmegs & 2 lb of Currants. Beat your butter with yr hand till it is very thin dry yr flour well put in yr sugar & nutmegs finely grated & put them all into yr batter, with yr eggs Sack & rose water mingle them well together put in yr Currants let yr oven be moderately hot & it will be baked in a quarter of an hour, have your currant nicely washd & cleen &
