Friday July 11th 1884. I helped with the work and worked all the time I could get in the shawl was very tired. Ott came home this morning. Saturday July 12th 1884. I worked some about the house and worked spare time on the shawl. Hatt was over in the afternoon and we talked about going north and it was decided that I should go with Rob on Monday and they will come later. I went to town after supper. Father got home from Chicago. Sunday July 13th 1884. It was a very nice day and the folks were over with the children. I read a little in the afternoon, went to bed early. Monday July 14th 1884. I went to town in the forenoon and was at Hatts while I was busy in the afternoon fixing things and packing to go away Rob and I started at eight oclock. Tuesday July 15th 1884. We arrived at Minneappolis at noon after a hard nights ride as we could not get a sleeper and out to the lake at four oclock where we found pleasant rooms at The Excelsior hotel, went to bed early was so very tired
