Monday November 10th 1884. It was a splendid day. I was over town all day, did some sewing for Hatt, and getting a cloak cut for May. Tuesday November 11th 1884. We had the washing done today. I helped with house work till noon and sewed all the afternoon. Wednesday November 12th 1884. I sewed all the forenoon and in the afternoon went over to Hatts and fixed up a box of little things to send to Vene. May was over and we came home just at night. Thursday November 13th 1884. I took an early start down to Aunt Marys where I had a pleasant visit. Uncle Jim brought me up town. I found Mother at Hatts we came home together and Edith came with us. Weather perfectly delightful. Friday November 14th 1884. Hatt was over with both the children to spend the day. I cleaned the house up in the forenoon and after dinner knitted a comfort. I went home with Hatt before supper and stayed till bed-time. Ott called for me.
