(73) To dry Damsins Take them & scold them in a sort of syrrup that you have if you have none make a thin syrrup for them. & give them a good heat & let them stand till the next day covered with a paper. then heat them againe & let them stand till the next day. then take them out of the syrrup & lay them upon the bodom of a seive & dry them in an oven after you have done bakeing doe not stone them.
