(99) To make an Olive py Take some peices of a leg of veale. cut very thin & all of a size. season it with pepper & salt & a little nutmeg & sweet herbs. then rowle them in long pieces like an olive. so put them into your py with Currans & sewit & butter. & olives if you can git them. & if you please may put in any sort of sweetmeats. & then bake it. it must be fine puf paist in a dish. & when it comes out of the oven make a Codill for it.
