Mrs. Constable, A Rect for a an Oatmeal Pann Cakes Take 4 Eggs 4 Spoonfuls of Oatmeal & a pint of Cream Mix them together Lett them stand by & Aire half an hour Stir them well together & fry them in butter & oatmeal must be don through [atems?] Mrs. Constable To make a Rice pudding Take Six ounces of Rice Heat it & [searse?] it boyle in 3 gals of [Cream/Mead?] then Stire aquarter of a pound of butter in it put to it 6 Eggs half [agill?] of Cream Sweeten it to your Tast
