(157) To make Rasin wine Take 2 pound of Rasins of the sun & shred them & stone them. & 2 pound of sugar. the Juice of 4 Lemons & the pills of 2. put them into an earthen pot then power upon them 2 gallons of boiling water which hath beene boiled an houre power it on them. & let it stand 2 or 3 daies stiring them every day. then put it into your stand & let it stand 3 or 4 daies & so bottle it it is fit for drinking in a fortnights time
