(177) To make a Lobster py Take as many Lobsters as you think fit. & boile them & take all the meat out of the shells. let it be in pretty large peices then take about a pint of oysters. a little grated bread. season all with mace & salt & nutmeg. then put in some butter & a little faire water & 2 Anchovies. & when it comes out of the oven have a little melted butter with 2 or 3 spoonfulls of white wine 2 or 3 yolks of Eggs & power it in at the top of your py lid. & shake it very well so serve it up. you may make this py of Crabs instead of Lobsters they will doe very well.
