(216) To make oring cheescakes Take the Rinds of 3 oringes they must be Sevill & boile them in water very tender. change the water you boile them in. then beat them in a marble morter with a pound of butter. melted with a spoonfull of oring flower water. & 6 Eggs leave out 5 of the whites & beat them very well & sweeten it to your taist but you must make it very sweet & thin put it into your paist either in Tin pans or on papers whether you please.
