To Make Sheneell Take y.e yolk of Eggs boyled heard beat y.m fine with a piece of good butter Some Suger & some orange flower watter to give it a taist yn rub it throw a Cullinder So Keep it in y.e [plat?]. To Make Snow Cream. Take half a pound of Allmonds blanch & beat y.m well in a mortor with rose or orange flower watter y.n take y.e whits of 4 eggs beat y.m very well put y.m in a quart of thick Cream w.t y.e Allmonds Sweeten it & put it in to a deep basson beat it with a while rodd there will rise a white Snow w.c take out by Spoonfulls To Make [flomong?] Take half a pound of Allmonds blanch & pound y.m very fine w.t a little orange flower watter or Sack you may beat a little Suger w.t them y.n put Some warm hartshorn Jelly to y.m & w.n mixed together run it throw a fine Sive Stir it till preaty cold. -
