To make Raisin Wine. Take a hundred of Malaga Raisins put them into half a Hogshead, take out some of the great Stalks, fill it almost up with Water, Boil a q.r of a Pound of Hopps in 3 or 4 pints of Water, when it is Cold put it into the Barrel Hopps & all, stir it every Day two or three times in a fortnight or three Weeks it will begin to Fement (that is hiss or Sing) & if it does not, pour in a quart of Boiling Water, let it remain in a State of Fermentation a Month, and then put in a Bottle of Brandy, and dont Stird
