Mrs Way Keep to Make Minces Pies 4 pounds of Beef 9 pounds Suet shopt very fine, ten pd of Currants and 2 of reasons Chop & the juice of 6 Lemons, with the peel grated, a dozen and half of Apples about 2 pd of Sugar a little Salt, of Mace Nutmegs Cinemon and Cloves one ounce Each, with a quart of Sack or white Wine and a pint of Brandy all mixt together
