Sham Asser Milk Take two Ounces of Pearl Barley half an Ounce of Hartshorn Shavings One Ounce of Candid Enngo Root Slice'd put all into four Quarts of Spring Water Let it Simmer till it Comes to a Quart When Settled pour it upon a Small Handfull of Ground Ivry and the Same Quantity of Maiden hair Worm it take two parts of the Liquor to one part of New Milk Warm from the Cow Sleep after it in the morning take it again at four or five in the Afternoon you may drink it at Meals instead of Beer With a Little Wine
