Davenport Iowa Sept. 14/68 H.C. Crane Esq. Dr Sir, Yours of 7th inst with Bond to J. Florchinger duly received. On 17th Augt I mailed a Bond for E 1/2 of SE 1/4 30.80.8 - 80 acres sold to Michael Burk for $800 1/3 cash bal. Oct 1/69 & Oct 1/70.
