John L. Coffin Land, Tax-Paying & Commission Agency. Davenport, Iowa Jan. 21st 1869 H.C. Crane Esq. Dear Sir, Yours of 18th inst rec'd. Herewith find deed to Theo. Wisbach for Execution. Wisbach wishes to pay his two notes due Apr 69 & 70. and get deed. which I suppose Mr. Durant has no objection to.
