Crane, Esq Dear Sir, I enclose deed to be executed for South East 1/4 27.80.11 = 160 acres in Iowa Co. sold to John F. Tracy for $2.000 -- cash.-- This is a rough tract but as it joins Mr Tracy's farm on the south he concluded to take it -- Please return this and the deed for Michael [Schaull?] sent you on the 24th inst at your earliest convenience and oblige Yours truly Jno L.
