Bateham for South [portioned?] half of Section 18.80.15 = 335 20/100 acres Powesheik Co consideration $3.352 -- Bateham has a Bond for a deed, and to facilitate raising funds to pay up in part, I agree to give him deed & take mortgage, and cancel Bond -- Taxes are heavy this year but I am in funds to pay TCDs and will render a/c 1st proximo -- Yours truly Jno L.
