Taxes paid. Old patent titles investigated. Boston, March 7th '74 Henry C. Crane, Esq 20 Nassau St N.Y. Dear Sir, Wrote you on 27th ult. and sent Bond for a Deed, Thos C. Durant to L. C Waterman, and the party is anxious to hear about it. Please say whether or not you are going to sign Bonds for Deeds for T. C. Durant, as my local agents will be making further sales this spring and will want to know what papers are to be [passed?] to secure purchases -- Yours truly Jno L. Coffin.
