OFFICE OF CHARLOTTE REAL ESTATE AGENCY, R.E. COCHRANE, MANAGER. Charlotte, N.C., Oct 27 1885 Thomas C. Durant Esq New York Dear Sir: Referring to my letters several months since, if it is convenient for you to attend to the matter, I would be glad for you to furnish me such documents as will enable me to prosecute your land claims in Union County, if you still wish my services in the case. We are losing valuable time, as the longer the other party remains in undisputed possession of the property the stronger their claim to it will be. Hoping that you will have time to give this matter your attention, I am Yours Very Truly R.E. Cochrane Mngr.
