Estate Thomas C Durant Dear Sir Enclosed I hand the agreement with Charles R Jones and Robert E Cochrane authorizing them to recover what rights we may have in the lands located in North Carolina - I have signed same before a notary and request that you do likewise and return to me at your earliest convenience to [oblige?] Yours &c T.C. Durant Esq Estate CW Durant per [illegible] Signed as admr & returned to T.C.D. the agreement named W.W.D. June 4, 1886 If they eject present occupants a possible [value?] of $1000 is attached to these mining interests Nothing done Jany 1887
