State of New York. County of New York.} Know all men by these presents that we, Mrs. Heloise H. Durant, Widow of Thos. C. Durant & Heloise H. & William W. Durant heirs and devisees of Thomas. C. Durant deceased late of the County and State of New York and William W. Durant administrator of the said Thomas C. Durant and Charles W, Frederick C. & Howard M. Durant and ( Esq & wife Mrs. Estelle D. Bowers (The Farmer's Loan & Trust Company of New York joining with her as her Trustee) Heirs and devisees of Charles W. Durant late of the County and State of New York, and Frederick C. Durant Executor of the said Charles W. Durant, witnesseth: That the said named parties do by these presents make constitute and appoint R.E. Cochrane and Charles R. Jones of the County of Mecklenburg and State of North Carolina their true and lawful agents and attorneys in fact, to enter upon, take possession of, and when and where necessary to demand sue for, recover & reduce into possession any and all real estate, or interests in real estate corporeal or incorporeal, with all rights
