ways and hereditaments thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining whether corporeal or incorporeal and all minerals thereon or mineral rights or interests therein, and especially all rights and privileges to dig or mine the same for gold and other minerals, the said real estate being situated and located in Union County State of North Carolina and further all their mineral interests in any real estate or lands in said Union County, and all rights & privileges to mine or dig the said real estate so situated for gold or other minerals, and particularly to enter upon and take possession of and if necessary for that purpose to sue for and recover a certain tract of land in said Union County conveyed by W P Muse to Thomas C. Durant by deed dated 3 March 1854 & registered in the Registers office of said Union County in Book 4 page 212 to which reference may be had for a more particular description, said tract containing 50 acres, the mineral interests thereof being reserved in the said deed.
