Husband of said Estelle D. Bowers, and The Farmers Loan & Trust Company of New York trustee of the said Mrs. Estelle D. Bowers (in its corporate name & under its corporate seal by its President 7 two Directors) and Frederick C. Durant executor of Charles W. Durant died and the said Charles R.
