Dear Sir I herewith send you duplicate power attorney and agreement regarding the property of the heirs of Thomas C. Durant also certified copy of power of attorney and agreement of Frederick C Durant Executor of Chas W Durant and William W Durant Admr of Thos. C Durant regarding the Lemmons Mine property in Union Co. North Carolina and the printed record in the latter case. I suppose Col Jones informed you that the Supreme Court of our Sate had given us a [recess?] for the Lemmonds Mine property and there our case rests for the present Yours Truly R E Cochrane
