C. enclosing certain papers to be executed by you as well as your mother and sister. Since then I have received no reply and am in receipt of another letter, from Mr. Cochrane, in which he states that he desires to execute a sale of some portion of the property on the 5th of this month and requests me to secure the speedy execution of the power of attorney recently sent you.
