Dear Sir:-
On December 20th last I wrote you relative to
a communication from R. E. Cochrane  of Charlotte,  N. C. enclosing
certain papers to be executed by you as well as your mother and
sister. Since then I have received no reply and am in receipt of
another letter, from Mr. Cochrane, in which he states that he desires to execute a sale of some portion of the property on the 5th
of this month and requests me to secure the speedy execution of the
power of attorney recently sent you.
Kindly let me hear from you without delay and oblige,
