Eugene Otterbourg. William W. Jenks. Richard A. Springs. Otterbourg, Jenks & Springs, Attorneys & Counselors at Law. 280 Broadway, (Stewart Building) Telephone: 4563 Cortlandt. New York, June 12th, 1894 W. West Durant, Esq., 45 Broadway New York City. My dear Sir: - On May 3rd last I addressed a letter to you requesting that you and your mother and sister would execute the power of attorney forwarded by Mr. R. E. Cochrane of Charlotte N. C. at your earliest convenience. Since then I have received no reply from you and I am in receipt of another letter from Mr. Cochrane in relation to the matter which I enclose to you.. In my previous communication I stated that if you desired any further information in relation to the property I would endeavor toobtain it for you. As you can see from this letter Mr. Cochrane is put to great inconvenience by your delay in executing the power of attorney. You would confer a great favor by giving your attention to the matter. Please let me hear from you at your earliest convenience and oblige, Yours truly, R.A. Springs
