The American Bureau of Mines, No. 44 Exchange Place. New York, Dec. 4th 1866 check sent Dec 27/66 HCC Thomas C. Durant, Esqr. Sir, At a meeting of the Trustees of the American Bureau of Mines, held on the 28th ulto. it was unanimously "Resolved that the full Capital Stock of the American Bureau of Mines be called in; and the President & Secretary be directed to issue Certificates, on payment of the Same." In accordance with the above; you will please call at this Office on the 20th inst. with your receipt for installment paid and a check for the balance due on your stock, when a full paid Certificate will be issued.
