Twelve others of said Notes being for the sum of $250 each, all payable at the times in said Deed of Trust described, and all of said Notes payable at the office of Eli Clark Dodge & Co. in the City of New York - If you say you have some knowledge of said Deed of Trust, and Notes, state what you know of them and attach a copy of the same to your deposition, or if you cannot, state why not. Int 4 Do you know what disposition said Cook & Sargent made of said Notes - whether they endorsed and transferred the same, and if so to whom and for what purpose and at what time as near as you can now remember - Int 5 If you have said that Cook & Sargent endorsed and transferred said Notes and have stated to whom; how long did such endorsee hold the same. If 'till after due, what was done, if any thing, to procure the payment of the same at the Office of Clark Dodge & Co when due, and if demand of payment was made at said office and "no funds" there, what if anything was done to fix the endorsers.
