Thursday November 30th 1882 We got a fearful late start at the work this morning but by hurrying got along with it. John and Hatt were over and had Edith with them. I was busy in the afternoon fixing Lee's things he went to Kansas City tonight. Friday December 1st 182. It was a pleasant day for the first time of year I did quite a washing in the forenoon after I had got the house cleaned up. Soon after dinner I cleaned the bay window and then went to town. Otto got home today it is his 23rd birthday and I gave him a plain gold ring for a present. Saturday December 2nd 1882 We got a very late start at the work and were all day about it, but every thing done nicely for Sunday Hatt came over late in the afternoon and we went over to Clutes to get honey for supper. I finished Robs mittens tonight.
