dissolved. And whereas it was thereby further ordered and decreed that it be referred to Philo T. Ruggles Esquire to ascertain and report a proper person to be Receiver of the property and effects of the said the Lindsay Mining Company and of their debts equitable interests and things in action and to take charge of the same and to collect sue for and recover all debts and demands that might be due or become due and all the property here or elsewhere that might belong to such Corporation and who should possess all the powers and authority conferred by law in the like cases and more particularly according to the provisions of sections forty one and forty two of Article Two, Title Four, Chapter Eight of Part Three of the Revised Statutes and the amount and form of security to be given by such Receiver. And whereas it was thereby further ordered that on the coming in of said Report and on the filing of a Bond to be approved by and of the Justices of this Court that the said person selected by said Referee should be and he was thereby declared to be vested with the power and authority as such Receiver as above mentioned and that he should make a just and fair distribution of all the property of the said Corporation and
