premises formerly in the possession of the said Lindsay Mining Company. And whereas the said party hereto of the second part on such sale did bid the sum of Fifty dollars therefor, that being the highest sum bidden therefor. Now Therefore this Indenture Witnesseth that the said party of the first part by virtue of the power and authority in him vested and for and in consideration of the premises and of the sum of Fifty dollars lawful money of the United States of America to him in hand paid by the said party of the second part at or before the ensealing and delivering of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed and confirmed and by these presents doth grant, bargain sell alien remise release convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns for ever All the estate, right, title and interest real and personal of the Lindsay Mining Company or that I may have as Receiver of said Company of in and to All that tract piece or parcel of land containing about two hundred acres more or less, situated in the County of Guilford and State of North Carolina and situated and bounded and described as follows:
