bond and mortgage and for no other purpose - and the said party of the first part in consideration of the making and delivery of each and all after aforesaid papers hereby agrees to release and does release and retransfer W.D.P. wherein all his right one half of the stock to be issued to the party of the first part by the party of the second part upon the formation of a stock mining company upon the aforesaid Lindsay Mining property so that the said party of the first part shall be intitled to receive only one half the amount of stock he was to receive in the first instance and upon the payment of the aforesaid bond and mortgage for twenty five hundred dollars the said party of the first part agrees in consideration herein before state to redeliver the aforesaid note and fifteen hundred shares of the Fisher hill gold mining stock to the party of the second part on his assigns. The party of the first part in default of the payment after aforesaid mortgage & bond may sell the aforesaid stock at auction at the stock (illegible) upon giving the part of the first part twenty days notice of
